The ISOCANALE SYSTEM mainly consists of ducts which serve as air transport from one area to another one. Ducts transporting air and forming the ISOCANALE SYSTEM, are built in three simple steps: measurement, cutting and assembling. These phases are accomplished by using complementary material such as: accessories, tools and consumer goods, in addition to the indispensable polyiso panels with aluminium facings, which we proudly manufacture.

Accessories for assembly
When it comes to assembly the pre-insulated duct section, consumer goods, such as glues, tapes and silicones are used. Products specifically designed to ensure a quick and long-lasting assembly.

Structural Flanges
Structural flanges with invisible or external bayonet, are utilized for sealing and tightening the duct for air transport, guaranteeing, by using this accessories, the system minimum pressure reduction and air leakage. Aluminium flanges are a fundamental part of the ISOCANALE SYSTEM in its characteristics of lightweight and safety.

Tools for panels’ measurement and cutting
The necessary tools for working ducts are carefully selected to ease the handling and reduce the time dedicated to measurement and cutting of the sections for the ISOCANALE SYSTEM assembly. It consists of a full series of tools, from metal meter to nylon pencil, scribing compass, jack planes with possibility of 45°, 90° or “V” cutting.
